JABA and the new millennium were launched simultaneously in 2000, as we ushered-in the new era by bringing together the whole of South Australia through the Millennium Event, Click! – linking live images from celebrations across the state via internet to the giant Clipsal super screen in front of 300,000 people.

Since working together in the 1990s at Showads Interactive, JABA founding directors Adrian Adams and Declan Brennan have led the way in the evolution of digital design–from CD-ROM, to website development, to the ‘new-web’ era of mobile Responsive Design.

For over 15 years JABA has created digital business solutions, compelling promotional campaigns and iconic branding for companies, organisations and events including the Sydney Olympics, Adelaide Festival, Network Ten, Microsoft, EDS, Bridgestone, Vidal Sassoon, Adelaide Brighton Cement, Coopers, Austereo, Pizza Haven, Adelaide Thinkers in Residence, Seafront Resort Kangaroo Island, our State Government, the Adelaide Crows and North Adelaide football clubs… and so many more.

We pride ourselves on delivering perfect-fit solutions that respond to our client’s brief, across the full range of industry, public and community sectors: sporting organisations such as the Adelaide Crows, Adelaide 36ers, Adelaide Lightning, Goodwill Games, South Sydney Football Club. We currently sponsor the North Adelaide FC Roosters, having produced their popular website which has become the SANFL benchmark; and JABA is part-owner of RateSport, a company providing statistical software for 16 sports including football, cricket, basketball, tennis, netball and rugby codes. Perhaps we love sport because, as in our business, it’s all about integrating passion with creativity and technique.

JABA’s regional tourism websites – think Kangaroo Island, Destination Riverland, Yorke Peninsula and the Murraylands – and those for individual tourism operators Adelaide Shores, Beston Parks, Kangaroo Island Seafront Resort, Bishop’s Adelaide Hills, Diverse Travel, KI Discovery Tours, Hog Bay Hill, Middle River Homestead, Marion Holiday Park and others – have helped put our State back on the ‘destination’ map. In most cases, JABA has also developed the brand and produced photographic content.

JABA has a unique perspective on the wine industry, having worked in, with and for, so many of its sectors. Since 2000 we have worked with BRL Hardy to operate the pioneering site Winebytes; and with Banrock Station to create an interactive virtual-vintner tour. Then follows sites for great labels Heartland, Glaetzer Wines, Gipsie Jack’s and Wirra Wirra. JABA has also developed sophisticated software for Wine Australia that hosts media rich, interactive presentations in multiple languages. JABA designed the website for Barossa Valley Wine and Tourism and currently enjoys a commercial relationship with Winestate magazine, Australia's iconic wine publication.

It’s not all commerce and business: JABA has collaborated on many public-sector and government projects over these 13 years. Beyond Click! there have been the Centenary of Federation, Rethinking Drinking, Healthy SA, RealJobs Apprenticeship Scheme, Activ8 ... and we produce the Adelaide Thinkers in Residence website for the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
