The Challenge

Blackwood Family Medical Centre engaged JABA to redesign and rebuild their website after experiencing ongoing frustrations with their existing WordPress platform. The previous site, while functional, proved difficult for staff to manage — especially when it came to making regular updates, uploading content, or maintaining consistency across pages. The Centre needed a modern, reliable, and easy-to-use solution that would support their growing communication needs without the technical overhead.

A key priority in this project was ensuring the Centre’s team could confidently manage their own content moving forward. The new website and PWA is structured around a simple content management system (CMS) that allows staff to update text, images, and key information — such as practitioner details, clinic hours, and services — with minimal training or technical knowledge. Compared to the previous WordPress site,  our JABA CMS offers a dramatically simplified workflow, removing the barriers that previously made web updates time-consuming and frustrating.
