Drovers Way
JABA proudly partnered with Drovers Way to create a powerful Progressive Web App (PWA) that invites visitors to embark on a self-guided journey through the Light Region, just 60km outside of Adelaide.
The website features advanced integration with ATDW content, providing seamless access to Trip Planning tools, interactive Google Maps, and detailed historical information for travellers to immerse themselves in the region's rich heritage.
ATDW Integration with Trip Planner: The PWA is fully integrated with the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW), providing up-to-date information on local attractions, accommodation, and dining options. The Trip Planner allows users to easily create personalised itineraries, making the Drovers Way Driving Trail more accessible and enjoyable for every visitor.
Interactive Google Maps: The platform includes interactive Google Maps, guiding travellers along the three specially-curated routes of the Drovers Way trail. Each route highlights charming towns, historic sites, and local produce stops, with GPS-enabled navigation to ensure visitors can explore at their own pace with ease.
CMSv7 with Customised Functions: JABA’s advanced CMSv7 system powers the website’s backend, offering customised functions that make it simple to create and manage engaging content. This allows the Drovers Way team to update the website easily, ensuring visitors always have access to the latest information on events, attractions, and local experiences.
Rich Content and Storytelling: The PWA offers visitors an immersive experience, bringing the Light Region’s history to life. As visitors follow the driving trail, they can access historical information about the region’s founding fathers and learn about the pioneering spirit that shaped the area. The platform’s dynamic content engages travellers as they move through the scenic countryside.

JABA’s PWA for Drovers Way is more than just a website—it’s a tool for exploration and discovery. With the Trip Planner, interactive maps, and detailed historical insights, visitors can immerse themselves in the stories of the Light Region, all while enjoying a scenic and engaging self-guided adventure.
