Who will be my main point of contact during the project?

You will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager as your primary point of contact. Please direct all communications and inquiries to your Project Manager for the most efficient service.

Who owns the website and content after development?

<ul> <li>The content on your website is owned by you.</li> <li>JABA retains ownership of the CMS (Content Management System), which is licensed to you for use on this project.</li> <li>Custom development and third-party components may either be owned or licensed, depending on prior agreements.</li> <li>If you have any questions about intellectual property (IP), feel free to ask your Project Manager for clarification.</li> </ul>

Will I need to provide content for the website?

Yes, you are responsible for providing all content, including text, images, videos, etc. Content must be provided in digital format and must meet copyright laws. JABA assumes that all text provided has been proofread and spell-checked. Late delivery of content may extend the project timeline and could incur additional fees.

Can JABA assist with content creation or copywriting?

Yes, JABA offers <a href="/copywriting">copywriting</a> and <a href="/services/content-creation">content development </a>services to help create engaging, optimised content for your website. Our services can be tailored to meet your specific needs. Pricing for this service will be discussed with you, and a deposit of 30% is required before work begins.

What if I want additional meetings or presentations?

Your project includes essential meetings such as scoping, design presentations, and training sessions. If you require additional presentations for committees, boards, or other stakeholders, these can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact your Project Manager for further details.

What are the benefits of a PWA (Progressive Web App) over a traditional website?

PWAs provide a faster, more app-like experience that works on all devices. They can be installed directly on a mobile device without needing to go through an app store, and they function well even with weak signals or offline. Will JABA retain working files after project completion?

There is no expectation that JABA will retain working files after the project is completed. Once the final product is delivered, backups will rely on our hosting provider’s services. JABA does not release source code unless previously agreed upon before project commencement.

Does JABA offer hosting services?

Yes, JABA offers managed hosting facilities, particularly for PWAs that require specific hosting needs. We use Virtual Machines on Microsoft Azure. While we can work with other hosting providers, alternative arrangements may incur additional fees.

What SEO services does JABA provide?

All JABA-built websites come with a basic level of SEO. However, for more <a href="/services/SEO">advanced SEO options</a>, such as custom data entry or <a href="/services/schema-markup">schema markup</a>, JABA can provide a tailored quote. Please ask your Project Manager about these additional services.

What training will be provided for managing the website?

<p>JABA provides basic CMS training as part of every new website build.This includes how to input text and images, create and edit pages, and manage metadata. What happens if there are changes to the project after it starts?

Any variations to the scope or brief of the project after commencement may result in a change to the project price. Your Project Manager will notify you of any cost implications before proceeding with the changes.

How does JABA handle third-party services?

While we carefully select third-party providers, the client accepts third-party services at their own risk. JABA will not be held liable for faults, downtime, or cessation of these services. Fees for third-party services such as hosting, domain names, or printing will be payable directly to the provider.

What is included in JABA’s after-sales support?

<p>We offer several support options:</p> <ul> <li>Casual Hours: $160 +GST per hour</li> <li>Pre-Paid Block (5-hour block): $130 +GST per hour</li> <li>Maintenance Agreement: From $1,000 +GST per month</li> <li>All support requests are billed based on actual time spent.</li> </ul>

What payment terms does JABA offer?

We invoice at agreed milestones throughout the development process. The first invoice will be for 30% of the project cost, payable before work begins. Payment terms are 14 days, except for initiation payments, which are due on receipt. Delayed or non-payment may result in project delays.

How long is my project quote valid for?

Our estimates are valid for 45 days. If there are any changes to the project scope, we will inform you of any cost adjustments before moving forward.

Does JABA offer photography services?

<p>Yes, we provide professional <a href="/photography">photography services</a>, including aerial photography, still photography and video.</p> <ul> <li>Our half-day photoshoot (4 hours) starts at $1,500 plus GST</li> <li>Full-day photoshoot (8 hours) starts at $2,500 plus GST.</li> <li>Additional charges may apply for travel and accommodation.</li> </ul>

What happens if there’s a bug in my website?

You can report any bugs within 90 days of project completion, and JABA will fix them free of charge. After 90 days, normal service fees will apply.
